Robert Talbott will open its fourth and largest shop-in-shop at The Hound Clothiers in San Francisco this month. It will offer Robert Talbott’s collection of dress shirts, neckwear, tailored clothing and sportswear, and will have its grand opening on April 22.

The Hound is located in the historic Hallidie building at 140 Sutter Street. The Talbott shop is 800 square feet and its design references the company’s Monterey, Calif., roots with images of the coastline, blonde beachwood fixtures, maple hardwood flooring and Carmel stone accents.

“The Hound is one of our longstanding retail partners, and shares our dedication to quality and sophistication, making them a perfect fit for this initiative,” said Bob Corliss, president and chief executive officer of Robert Talbott, Inc. “This is our third shop-in-shop in California — La Jolla, Beverly Hills, and now San Francisco — and we are excited to be able to grow our brand and further engage our Californian consumers.”

“I’ve worked with Robert Talbott for more than 40 years, and have always appreciated their values and truly believe they are a world-class brand. Their American heritage and Monterey roots makes our partnership seamless, and one that I feel our customers will appreciate,” said Walter Schorno, founder of Hound.

Robert Talbott launched the shop-in-shop retail initiative in April 2014, and has boutiques at Carroll & Co. in Beverly Hills, Avant for Men in Highland Park, Ill., and the Ascot Shop in La Jolla, Calif.  The brand plans to open two additional locations in 2015.
