This cohesive collection of sculpted tailoring showcased Marios Schwab’s light touch and clean lines. The designer opened the show with short, fitted dresses shown under long, lean capes with rounded shoulders. Many of the silhouettes also bore the fruit of the designer’s collaboration with the Tunisian artist and calligrapher Nja Mahdaoui: an elaborate swirl motif that appeared on dresses, and bodices and coats done in PVC. Schwab also carried his capes into evening, working them on cocktail dresses with long sleeves slit up the front.
