Jackie Lee translated her fantasy of wrapping up warmly “and just sitting on a chair in the forest to watch the trees” into a polished collection of austere and relaxed silhouettes.

The show opened with dresses, coats, and coatdresses bearing a jacquard hound’s tooth pattern that brought to mind tire tracks in the mud. That pattern was also printed onto pajama shapes in an ombré of purple and green, or as laser cutouts on a cobalt blue silk dress.

Fantastic chunky sweaters were paired with full-length silk skirts, or Lee popped one under a boiled wool blazer for a charmingly bookish look. Floor-sweeping coats came in black, green or off-white boiled wool.
