Now designed solo by Johanna Senyk, this waterproof-centric line held its first Paris presentation in a gallery — showing clothes behind an impressive circular curtain of falling rain.


The focus was on sexier looks in tune with the brand name and concept: long, lean trenches cinched at the waist and worn over skintight pants in matching material. A great shade of dark burgundy vinyl was particularly appealing. Newness included touches of Mongolian fur and crushed velvet, as well as shoes made in conjunction with Aperlaï: stiletto-heeled pointy boots or strappy sandals made of the plastic rainwear material for which Wanda Nylon is known.
