Inspired by the idea of architecture vs. nature, Cristina Ruales presented a cohesive collection filled with Nineties attitude and influence. She played with the architecture of clothing, using asymmetrical necklines on dresses, sexy ruching on tunics, and sharp pleats on skirts. Seams were a signature theme throughout the lineup as she worked the technique on everything from a simple V-neck dress to a biker jacket.

Ruales also offered cool technical outerwear with built-in suspender straps that were reminiscent of Helmut Lang. While the collection had a minimalistic, urban edge, there were some charming prints that she created in collaboration with artist Patrick Jacobs and Epson. She also showed a few looks on ballerinas, who walked on point for most of the presentation.
