American documentary photographer Mary Ellen Mark was the muse who inspired the Rodebjer fall collection. Creative director Carin Rodebjer looked at Mark’s very personal look, mixing desperate influences from different parts of the world, to deliver an eclectic, versatile lineup featuring a nice balance between masculinity and femininity.

The collection was filled with pieces worked in a rich, wallpaper-like pattern, including a quilted padded trenchcoat as well as an apron vest worn over a jacquard turtleneck. Plaid coats were juxtaposed against romantic French lace dresses and tops, the latter worn with wide-leg pants. Rodebjer’s signature item of the season, the vest, was presented in a range of options, from a kimono-inspired jacquard style to a more urban elongated and belted version cut in a clean, graphic silhouette.
