“It is a new way of dressing the man, merging streetwear influences with traditional tailoring” said Azzuolo about his direction for fall. Playing with proportions, the designer sent out looks like a sharp cropped blazer paired with asymmetric voluminous shorts layered under tonal long johns. While at times his silhouettes leaned toward the trendy — elongated kimono shirts worn under strict constructed suits and billowy graphic sweaters draped over flowy pants — Azzuolo’s tailoring ability to create a new kind of chic is apparent and more of that will go a long way.
