The Eleventy man got sportier and more casual: As social events disappeared and officewear was relegated to a dark corner of his closet, he looked for comfier options to integrate into his sartorial wardrobe.

Hence hoodies, braided sweaters and checkered shirts were worn over joggers and pleated drawstring pants, all rendered in neutral colors with pops of saffron yellow and terra cotta.

When he eventually adventured out into the world, he layered the more casual pieces with tailored separates in lightweight fabrics and corduroy blazers, as well as zippered bomber jackets with shearling collars, double-faced coats and padded jackets and vests.

Although the collection had plenty of commercially savvy pieces, the sense of ease the brand’s creative director Marco Baldassari wanted to convey sometimes got lost in looks that seemed a bit too forced in their combinations of tailoring and leisurewear.
