Blending Cerruti’s textiles heritage with his own voice, Jean-Paul Knott delivered a clean and classic gentleman’s wardrobe with just the right dose of cool. The vibe fell somewhere between classic Fifties dressing and Nineties minimalism. Jackets were straight and boxy; cardigans neat and preppy, while office-friendly takes on the humble T-shirt, rendered in classic shirting fabrics or silks, added a directional edge. So too did the sleeves on certain shirts and coats, lopped just below the elbow.
