The Canada-born, London-based designer’s pre-fall collection had an air of calm, showcasing strong silhouettes — both curved and structured — in a mostly neutral color palette. Coats were a standout. An oversize biker jacket was done in a lightweight, bonded black leather, while a roomy navy wool bomber topped a pair of cropped, tailored leather pants.

More sculptural shapes came via a black wool bustier top worn with draped viscose pants, and a skirt fashioned from a taffetalike fabric, whose artfully crumpled texture settled into stiff shapes. Pops of color, meanwhile, came from rounded shoulder coats and jackets in tomato red.
