With the late Sixties in mind, Giambattista Valli channeled an eccentric, free-spirited vibe for pre-fall. Wool embroidered pants in a trippy red chevron — and elsewhere, paisley, kaleidoscope and patchwork prints — were bold in their interpretation of the era, as were clashing, hand-drawn flower prints on a chic black minidress. A series of floaty, floral-printed silk-chiffon dresses, many with sheer long sleeves, seemed to yearn for a red carpet.
