A mash-up of disparate references, including British grunge, Chinese horoscope and urban folk, defined Mirko Fontana and Diego Marquez’s ironic, free-spirited pre-fall lineup. Fun faux fur coats were worn over slipdresses. There were tartan shirts, sweaters and denim skirts featuring animals from the Chinese horoscope, and corduroy pants festooned with pom-poms. For all the playfulness, the collection felt more developed and mature than previous offerings.
