Marine motifs were key: A clam print appeared in a variety of proportions and colorways, on everything from palazzo pants to caftans and jersey dresses, and a blue organza dress had sequin embroidery that looked like fish scales. Issa’s bread and butter, silk jersey dresses, came in a typically bold spectrum and made use of new twists at the waist and jeweled embellishments on necklines, waists and capped sleeves. A loose T-shirt shape was a fresh addition to the lineup.
