Andrea Lieberman has come full circle, hosting pre-spring appointments in her brand new showroom in her native Manhattan. “It’s really nice to come home to this beautiful space, with me having New York DNA, but living an L.A. lifestyle,” she said.

The abundant, elevated sportswear reflected that bicoastal sensibility. Lieberman showed essential underpinnings: ribbed little tops, lace-up halters and tanks that could be layered under and over anything, as well as chunky knits and cool side-slit trousers to live in. A tapestry zip-up jacket (a perfect alternative to a denim jacket) stood out.

A lace blouse nodded to her recent fixation with textures and Victorian touches, mixed with overalls or athletic pieces. Most looks were styled with royal blue leggings and sneakers, even the most feminine micro floral dress. “I’m really feeling this interesting balance and juxtaposition, it is how this modern girl wants to dress,” Lieberman said. “That, in my mind, is the A.L.C. girl.”
