Caroline Constas has been offering Mediterranean vacation-ready tops and dresses for a while now, but lately she has been having a moment. In fact, business has “exploded,” the designer said at her preview. “We are in Neiman’s, Bergdorf’s, Shopbop, Net-a-porter and all the target stores I had always wanted.” Impressive, especially since her company is virtually a one-woman show. (“I am looking into hiring and expanding,” she added.)

The winning formula consists of all those tiered dresses, ruffled tops and skirts in travel-friendly cottons every voyager needs to have. This time, Constas ventured out printwise, using blue and white stripes, wispy florals and a colorful plaid. All very Mykonos-appropriate, of course, and “stuff that’s really true to myself,” as she said. Clearly, you can take the girl out of Greece, but you can’t take Greece out of the girl.
