It’s about time Eres, the luxury French swim and lingerie label, launched into cruise waters.

The company hired Véronique Leroy to design its first swim and beachwear resort lineup, a tightly edited collection of swimwear done in muted, earthy colors — deep red, clay orange, yellow and  mauve, plus navy and nude — in color-blocked styles and solids, all trimmed with braided details. To flesh out the bathing suits, Leroy also designed a wrap beach towel-esque terrycloth skirt, a crêpe jumpsuit, boldly colored caftans and an oversize terry beach bag — all of which held up the house code of understated chic at the beach.
