“It’s like falling into a pop-up book,” said Monika Kowalska, describing the mood of her pretty A Détacher spring collection, which revolved around the theme of childhood — as in girls wearing their mothers’ clothes. Her focus on oversize silhouettes resulted in fresh, cute tunics, tops and low-crotch rompers decorated with colorful, cartoonish prints. For a more feminine look, Kowalska also offered covetable knit separates, including a Lurex plissé skirt matched with a fitted cardigan in a graphic star pattern.
