Established as a premium denim brand, Dondup has evolved season-to-season into a full range of ready-to-wear. For spring, creative director Manuela Mariotti focused mainly on dresses, delivering hyper-feminine silk designs, including a chiffon style embellished with a romantic floral print, as well as a linear tunic decorated with ruffles.

Mariotti juxtaposed these against punkish cotton T-shirts and leather biker jackets, as well as pieces with a tribal feel — including an embroidered vest worn with striped pants. With all of these multiple elements converging, the lineup lacked coherence, as well as impact.
