In a lively collaboration, Stella Jean‘s joyful and vibrant Caribbean patterns blended with Marina Rinaldi’s Mediterranean streak.

Graphic prints and geometric jacquards injected pizzazz into flared skirts and roomy blouses, and a hopscotch motif gave a fun twist to a white T-shirt in this spring capsule collection. There were touches of exoticism and enchantment in the shirtdresses that also had an African inspiration. Materials ranged from satin, cotton poplin and crêpe de chine to cady fabrics.

The Haitian-Italian designer further developed her signature multicultural motifs in a clever melting pot of feminine designs. Accessories included crab, lobster and parrot brooches. Another highlight: Jean’s collaboration with Marina Rinaldi, part of the Max Mara group, helped provide a work opportunity for women in Haiti.
