The denim company is looking to protect its Ella Moss label from what it sees as an Amazon imitation.
The division’s chief executive officer Paula Schneider has left less than a year after being tapped to lead the consortium acquired by Delta Galil from VF Corp.
Shimon rejoins the company after a previous 20-year stint that ended in 2011.
She will be responsible for Seven For All Mankind, Splendid and Ella Moss.
The three brands, whose sale for $120 million to Delta Galil was announced this year, have laid off 65 across multiple departments.
